The cruise will depart out of Rome, Italy on September 8th, 2007. Cyndy is an experienced travel agent and meeting planner who specializes in giving guests personal service. She has been planning meetings internationally for over 15 years and has been in the travel industry for over five years. One of her specialties is group cruises for conferences and meetings. Chef David, a California native, studied fine arts and sculpture at Boston University before a stay in Europe set him on a culinary course which has taken him to Atlanta, Beverly Hills and LA as well as the wine country in France and California. David has been chef, owner and caterer for top-rated restaurants, hotels, Hollywood celebrities and world dignitaries. At the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, David served as executive chef for the World Broadcasters division of the Atlanta Committee of the Olympic Games, where he was responsible for creating and preparing cuisine at seven dining facilities.

The food is shaped from McMillan's Northern California roots and times that he spent working in Bordeaux, Burgundy and Napa.
